About the Role: The role of Creative Project Manager is designed to develop and refine project management skills. Project mastery of  internal processes and ownership of workflow is key to yield high quality client deliverables. They are responsible for routing internal jobs through the life cycle of a project, keeping the internal teams informed, and ensuring collaboration all the way through to successful completion. YOU ARE:   * Obsessed with getting things done the right way with the right people and on time * Creative, solutions oriented, organized and collaborative   * You have a small ego but huge heart and passion for your job  * Excited to join a close knit hardworking team * Someone who is ready to jump in and help a coworker at a moments notice * Someone interested in learning more about creative workflow * From a creative or marketing coordinator background and looking to apply that experience to growth in the field * A lover of the details of processes and systems yet still knows to take action and keep moving.  * Collaborative and not afraid to ask questions or take direct feedback * Interested in how to build + lead teams and become decisive * Communicates effectively - tailors messages appropriately to audience YOU ARE NOT:   * Timid or aggressive * Non-communicative * Someone who uses the phrase “not my job”  * Someone who believes there is an ‘I’ in team    Responsibilities include but are not limited to; * Regularly project management tools and documentation (Asana, Google Drive, status docs and trackers) * AI integration * Keeping communication, documentation, and updates visible to teams * Scheduling team meetings and including clear agendas and goals. * Capturing meeting notes, consolidating feedback, * Facilitate communication between multiple departments (Account, Creative, Strategy, Media, Production, and others as needed. * Foresee/identify potential problems while proactively identifying solutions to address them in advance.  * Oversee project planning with projects that will grow in size. * Managing designer and editor schedules and workflows * Observing occasional pitches for new business. * Eventually taking on a small client to manage while assisting a Sr. PM on a larger client. * Fostering collaboration among global teammates, spanning LATAM and US hubs alongside distributed staff Requirements Must Haves: * 5+ years of professional experience * Familiarity with Asana and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) * Comfortable working in a fast paced environment while maintaining attention to detail * Bachelor’s degree in related field required   Nice to Haves:  * Knowledge of Asana * Knowledge of creative development, production, and marketing Our interview process includes, but is not limited to to the following: * Excel knowledge and Typing Test We offer a competitive salary and benefits based on education, experience, and skills level, including:  * Unlimited vacation policy * Monthly Phone Stipend * Comprehensive Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance options * 401(K) plan with matching * Dog friendly office * Hybrid work opportunity * Professional Development Program * Bonus Perk - Seamless allowance Total compensation based on education, experience, and skills level * Level 1- Possesses Junior skills and capabilities. * $91,340-$105,810 * Level 2- Possesses strong capabilities. * $105,810-$120,280 * Level 3 - Possesses advanced capabilities. * $120,080-$130,000   About WITHIN WITHIN is the world's first Performance Branding company, partnering with some of the biggest brands in the world to drive business growth through innovative marketing strategies.
