LIFE AS A PROJECT MANAGER AT CEF   Our ERP Project Manager is responsible for the day-to-day project management and coordinated delivery of IT solutions for stakeholders. The role brings together software delivery teams, business stakeholders, vendors and governance partners to turn agreed objectives into an executable delivery plan, manage progress, and keep delivery moving toward the intended outcome. This role focuses on practical execution rather than ownership of SDLC design or team development practices. The Project Manager - ERP coordinates the efforts of product, analysis, architecture, development, testing, change, deployment and support roles; manages schedule, risks, issues, dependencies and decisions; and provides clear status communication so teams can deliver agreed outcomes. YOUR OBJECTIVES: * Delivery of business critical programmes of work * Coordinate with cross-functional technology and business teams to deliver our new ERP solution * Manage and collaborate closely with stakeholders across the organization, maintaining a consultative approach to gauge the current state and identify strategic next steps. * Lead change management efforts, ensuring alignment and adoption across all levels involved in the programme. * Deliver key metrics on time, within scope, and within budget. KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE: * Proven experience delivering enterprise ERP implementations or upgrades. * Lead the end-to-end planning, coordination and governance of complex technology projects, developing integrated project plans, managing scope, schedules, budgets, resources, RAID logs, dependencies and critical milestones to ensure successful delivery against business objectives. * Strong business acumen and a complementary technology background, particularly in managing all areas of the ERP system including Order to Cash, Manufacturing, In-House, Finance, Supply chain etc.. * Exceptional relationship-building and stakeholder management skills. * Proactive, consultative approach to understanding project status and next steps. * Outstanding communication skills, capable of articulating complex processes and decisions effectively. * Demonstrable project management experience delivering software, systems or technology change through coordinated cross-functional teams. * Experience creating and managing integrated project plans, milestones, RAID logs, dependencies, decision logs, action trackers and status reports. * Experience using work tracking and planning tools, preferably JIRA, to provide transparent progress reporting and manage delivery discipline. * Strong communication, facilitation and follow-up skills, with the ability to coordinate business, IT and vendor stakeholders toward a shared outcome PACKAGE: * Annual IT Bonus scheme * 25 Days of Annual Leave - (Excluding Bank Holidays)  * Company Pension Scheme * Champion Health – a comprehensive physical, mental & financial wellbeing platform, offering bespoke content on all aspects of wellbeing & life including recipes, workouts, blogs and loads of other content for you.  * Light Up Learning - Our Learning & Development platform * MySavings - Employee Discount Platform * Free use of the state-of-the-art private gym at our IT Headquarters About Us:   Founded in 1951 in Kenilworth, UK, City Electrical Factors (CEF) has grown into a world-leading electrical wholesale and manufacturing business with over 400 branches across the UK and a strong presence in the USA, Canada, Spain and Australia.   Our IT and digital teams are driving the next chapter of our journey...
