About the Role: Primarily based in Tāmaki Makaurau, Auckland, and reporting to the Construction Director, you will take a project from early design through to practical completion; working on behalf of the client but in a very hands-on project management role. Your duties will also include: * Overseeing cost control management, including budget set up, ensuring your finger is on the pulse at all times * Developing a range of programmes in collaboration with site teams, subcontractors and consultants * Alongside the project team, take an active role in managing procurement and contract management * Building a collaborative environment with the client, consulants, subcontractors and colleagues * Proactively contribute to the health & safety strategies on site ensuring safety is a high priority About You: You will have excellent commercial construction knowledge, be an action orientated individual that will add value and continuously strive for the best!
