Key Responsibilities: * Manage end-to-end delivery of digital projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. * Coordinate cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, UX/UI designers, developers, QA, and external vendors. * Drive project planning, execution, risk management, and stakeholder communication. * Ensure alignment between business objectives and digital solutions. * Monitor project progress, resolve issues proactively, and report status to senior stakeholders. Required Experience: * Proven experience as a Project Manager delivering digital projects in the banking or financial services industry. * Hands-on experience managing: * Mobile and digital customer journeys within banking applications. * Public-facing websites, including content, customer experience, and digital transformation initiatives. * Strong understanding of Agile and/or Waterfall project delivery methodologies. * Experience working with cross-functional teams in complex enterprise environments. * Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. * Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving abilities.
