LOCATION This is a full-time position. Following a comprehensive onboarding period at our HQ in central Zurich, the role will be based remotely or hybrid from Germany or Austria. As team collaboration is of great importance to us, we highly encourage remote team members to join us in Zurich at least once a month. These visits are financially supported by blp.   ABOUT THE ROLE As a versatile professional with a passion for technology, you'll operate at the intersection of business and tech, leading end-to-end implementations of our Native-AI-powered ERP automation products. You'll help customers reimagine their processes, maximize automation rates, and turn their AI initiatives into measurable success. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, take pride in driving results with full ownership, and want your work to have real business impact every single day, this role is made for you.   WHAT YOU'LL DO * Own the implementation journey end-to-end, from understanding client requirements to ensuring smooth delivery, high customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement. * Translate complexity into clarity: design scalable, tailored solutions that align with customer workflows and business goals. * Collaborate closely with our engineering team to tackle technical challenges, adapt the system to customers' unique processes, and ensure successful integration with existing systems. * Be the client's trusted partner: anticipate needs, surface insights, and ensure they realise the full potential of blp's automation. * Work with sales to design tailored implementation plans aligned with customer needs and drive deep product adoption. * Feed the product loop: surface what isn't working and translate that feedback into long-term platform improvements.   WHAT YOU'LL BRING Key attributes for success * Ownership and autonomy. Qualifications * Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, or a similar field, or equivalent work experience. * 2+ years of experience in consulting, technical implementation, process automation, or project management. * Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. * Proven ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders. * Strong analytical and communication skills: you can translate business needs into technical action. * Fluent in German and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills and confidence working with and presenting to native-speaking clients. * Experience with ERP environments or cutting-edge AI-driven SaaS solutions is a definite plus. * Hands-on experience with Procure-to-Pay (P2P) or Order-to-Cash (O2C) process flows is a strong advantage.   WHAT YOU'LL GET * High ownership environment.
