In this role, you will manage diverse projects varying in size, scope, and complexity while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality engineering solutions. PROJECT LEADERSHIP & MANAGEMENT * Lead project teams in the preparation, review, and delivery of preliminary and final site plans, engineering designs, and construction documents. * Manage project schedules, budgets, quality control, and client expectations throughout the project lifecycle. * Prepare technical reports, recommendations, and project analyses to support successful project execution. TECHNICAL EXPERTISE * Review and evaluate survey data, existing site conditions, and development constraints, including legal descriptions, ALTA surveys, easement documents, condominium documents, and related records. * Prepare and oversee engineering analyses and design documentation, including: * Hydrologic and hydraulic studies * Due diligence and site feasibility reports * Engineer’s opinions of probable construction costs * Utility system calculations * Detention and retention pond design calculations * Stormwater management reports * Storm sewer design reports * Earthwork and volume calculations * Preliminary and final grading plans * Local, state, and regulatory permit applications * StormCAD and WaterCAD modeling and analysis TEAM DEVELOPMENT & CONSTRUCTION SUPPORT * Provide guidance, mentorship, and technical direction to junior engineers and designers. * Coordinate construction-related services, including permit applications, quantity estimates, cut sheets, transmittals, and construction documentation. * Oversee the organization and preparation of site plans, construction plans, and complete construction drawing packages. SOFTWARE & DESIGN TOOLS * Utilize AutoCAD Civil 3D and other engineering software to prepare designs and deliverables efficiently and accurately. * Ensure all assignments are completed on schedule and in accordance with company standards, client requirements, and project budgets.   QUALIFICATIONS * Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering. * Professional Engineer (PE) license required. * 10+ years of experience in civil engineering and land development. * Strong knowledge of site development design, permitting, and construction documentation. * Proven ability to manage projects, mentor staff, and maintain client relationships.
