MAKE AN IMPACT KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Lead end-to-end delivery of TPRM projects, ensuring timely execution within scope, budget, and quality standards. * Manage business and technology change initiatives, ensuring seamless transition to BAU and successful adoption by internal and external stakeholders. * Collaborate with business, technology, risk, compliance, and vendor teams to gather, analyze, and document business requirements. * Translate business requirements into functional solutions, define design options, and support delivery teams throughout the project lifecycle. * Create and manage user stories, maintain product backlogs, and work closely with Agile teams during sprint planning and execution. * Coordinate cross-functional teams, manage project dependencies, risks, issues, and governance activities. * Drive stakeholder communication, status reporting, and executive-level updates throughout the project lifecycle. * Support the implementation of Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) frameworks, governance, and vendor risk initiatives. * Contribute to payments transformation initiatives involving Domestic and International Payments. * Work with Agile tools such as JIRA and Confluence for project planning, requirement management, and documentation. * Collaborate with technical teams on API-related initiatives; experience in API analysis is an added advantage. MANDATORY SKILLS * Strong experience in Project Management with end-to-end project delivery. * Hands-on experience in Third Party Risk Management (TPRM). * Experience in Banking & Financial Services, preferably across Retail and/or Corporate Banking. * Experience managing business and technology change with successful BAU transition. * Strong knowledge of Payments (Domestic and/or International). * Experience in requirements gathering, analysis, and defining solution options. * Hands-on experience writing User Stories. * Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies. * Proficiency in JIRA and Confluence. * Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills. GOOD-TO-HAVE SKILLS * Experience with API Analysis or API integrations. * Knowledge of Vendor Risk Management and Governance. * Experience working in large-scale digital transformation programs. * PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or Scrum certifications.
