We are an expanding real estate company looking to add an Property Management Maintenance Technician to our team. Your main responsibility will be the conducting maintenance inspections and preforming regular work orders on our rented houses and apartments keeping them in good condition while our residents are living in them. This is a full time $23-25 an hour position. Qualifications: -Smartphone with ability to take and upload pictures -A valid driver’s license, and basic tools. -Pass a background and criminal check.
