Job Summary of a Property Manager * Managing and overseeing overall operations of the property, including maintenance and office functions. * Regularly communicating with residents, prospects, and vendors. * Effectively leading the property team to ensure efficient property operations on all levels. * Responsible for managing cost control and revenue programs, developing annual operating budgets, and developing strategic sales and marketing plans.
