Third Space Therapy combines the independence of private practice with the support of a group setting, focused on expanding Medicaid-covered behavioral healthcare. We're looking for passionate Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners to provide psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and ongoing care to the Medicaid population. We handle the administrative side — billing, insurance, credentialing — so you can focus on care.   Why clinicians work with us * Complete flexibility. You set your own hours and availability, decide which referrals to take, and build the caseload that works for you — alongside your own practice or other work, if you have it. * Administrative support. We handle insurance, billing, and credentialing, and clients book into the availability you set. * Robust referral network. Build a diverse caseload through our connections with insurers, universities, and community providers. * Collaborative practice support. Where Colorado requires a practice agreement with a patient care team physician, we'll help connect you with an independently licensed collaborating physician. Clinical decisions remain yours. * Optional peer consultation. Connect with other independent clinicians in the network when you'd like a second perspective. * Remote practice model. Enjoy the independence of private practice with the backing of a group — from wherever you work. * Paid per session. You're paid for the clinical work you deliver, at a competitive rate. * Meaningful work. Make a real difference for Medicaid members and help close gaps in access to care.   What you'll bring * An active, unrestricted PMHNP license in good standing in Colorado * National board certification as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) * Prescriptive authority, active DEA registration, and Colorado controlled substance registration * Experience providing psychiatric evaluations and prescribing psychotropic medications * Your own malpractice coverage ($1M per occurrence / $3M aggregate) * Experience with EHR systems and other digital tools * A quiet, HIPAA-compliant home office, plus your own computer and reliable internet, for confidential virtual sessions * Fluency in English; proficiency in Spanish is preferred, and additional languages are a plus   We're looking for providers who bring * Strong clinical judgment in managing psychiatric conditions across diverse populations * A patient-centered approach to medication management and treatment planning * Experience collaborating with therapists and other providers as part of a multidisciplinary care team * Commitment to equity in mental health access for Medicaid populations
