Required Qualifications: * Doctoral or Master's degree in Psychology * Active North Carolina psychology license or eligibility for licensure * Strong clinical, communication, and writing skills * Commitment to providing high-quality, family-centered care * Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team * Reside in the Charlotte area or plan to relocate within three months Preferred Qualifications: * Experience working with children, adolescents, and/or families * Pediatric outpatient experience * Experience conducting psychological or psychoeducational assessments * Experience with Autism Spectrum Disorder evaluations and/or ADOS-2 * Experience providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions Early-career psychologists and experienced clinicians are encouraged to apply! Compensation & Benefits: We offer a Base Plus compensation model that provides the stability of a base salary with additional earning potential based on billable hours. Total earning potential up to $150,000+ annually, based on caseload, productivity, and experience.
