Maxima is an AI native startup in the enterprise accounting space. We've raised over $41m from top-tier VCs, and are live with customers like Scale AI, Rippling, and Zendesk. Think of Maxima to accountants as Claude Code to engineers. We are looking to hire our first QA engineer in the Toronto office., responsibilities include: * Increasing end-to-end test coverage (Playwright + use AI to generate tests) * Maintaining existing tests * Manual testing for edge cases Once the above are maintained at a reasonable state, you'll also contribute to our codebase by fixing bugs and implementing new features. Knowledge of Typescript, React, Playwright will be important.
