Job Description:  * Understand business requirements, system workflows, and project scope to ensure effective test coverage. * Design, create, and execute test cases, test scenarios, and test data for web applications. * Perform end-to-end manual testing for both frontend and backend functionalities. * Validate APIs, database records, business rules, and system integrations. * Execute functional, integration, regression, smoke, and user acceptance testing. * Develop, execute, and maintain automation test scripts and test frameworks. * Identify, document, track, and verify defects throughout the testing lifecycle. * Analyze quality risks and proactively communicate issues to stakeholders and project teams. * Prepare testing artifacts including test plans, test reports, and test execution summaries. * Collaborate closely with QA, BA, Developers, Product Owners, and Scrum Masters to deliver high-quality products. Qualification:  * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related field. * 3–5 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance, with strong experience in web application testing. * Solid experience in manual testing, including functional, integration, system, and regression testing. * Hands-on experience in frontend and backend testing, including API validation and database verification. * Experience with automation testing tools such as Java, Playwright, Rest API, or similar frameworks. * Strong knowledge of test case design techniques, defect management, and software testing methodologies. * Ability to create complex test scenarios, prepare test data, and perform end-to-end testing. * Good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology and software development lifecycle (SDLC/STLC). * Experience using tools such as JIRA, Postman, SQL, and Git. * Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
