All candidates must meet the following expectations and be able to work independently with minimal oversight. As a QA/QC Documentation Specialist, you will be responsible for organizing, maintaining and verifying all quality related documentation and other duties as assigned.    What You’ll Do: * Operating Bluebeam Revu and Microsoft Excel to generate, review, and digitally update weld and flange maps * Taking raw data provided from the site and plotting it out to ensure all weld IDs, bolt torquing, and joint details strictly meet site specifications * Process daily production and welding logs provided by the QC Specialists  * Review production and welding logs for completeness and digitally file them to maintain a highly accurate daily record of all site activities. * Act as lead coordinator for the Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) dashboard * Log any site issues, deviations, or punch-list items, route them to the appropriate field personnel, and actively monitor the system to ensure everything is resolved in a timely manner * Manage the quality database on OneDrive * Organize incoming material certifications, daily logs, and inspection reports into a standardized file structure * Attend all essential quality meetings What you’ll need (minimum qualifications): * Strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills. * Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook * Consistent dependability and availability. * Ability to work in a fast-paced construction office environment * Have the aptitude to learn new systems. * General Mechanical Systems Knowledge.   Good to have: * 1-5 years' experience in the field of HVAC * Experience working with building owners is preferred    NOTE: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
