Key Responsibilities  * Test migrated and newly implemented insurance products prior to release. * Design, execute, and document end-to-end test scenarios and test campaigns. * Validate product behaviour, business rules, and data accuracy across different markets. * Identify, document, and track issues through to resolution. * Participate in project workshops, testing phases, and go-live activities. * Support the adoption and continuous improvement of test automation tools. * Contribute to enhancing testing standards, methodologies, and operational processes. About You  * 3–5 years of experience in Operations, ideally within health insurance or related services. * Good understanding of insurance products and business processes. * Experience working with policy administration, claims management, or similar operational systems is a plus. * Comfortable working in project environments involving business, operations, and IT stakeholders. * Experience collaborating with international and cross-functional teams. * Hands-on experience with manual testing, defect tracking, and test documentation. * Familiarity with test automation tools and an interest in supporting automated testing initiatives. * Experience with NIS (Nordic) insurance software is a plus * International study or work experience. * Knowledge of Agile and traditional project delivery methodologies Why Join Us?  * Work on strategic projects that directly contribute to the evolution of our insurance products. * Be part of a collaborative and international team environment. * Access learning and development opportunities to support your growth. * Benefit from a hybrid working model with up to two remote working days per week.
