About the Role: In conjunction with the Project Manager, you will have financial ownership and provide effective and efficient cost management and estimating services including: * Monthly client financial reporting.  * Cost estimation and budgeting. * Tendering and trade procurement. * Cost control and monitoring. * Valuation and payment certification. * Risk management and dispute resolution. About You: As a driven self-starter with high attention to detail and an inquisitive personality you will add value and continuously strive for excellence!  In addition to this, you will have the following attributes: * At least 5-7 years’ experience in a QS role, in the commercial construction environment. * A tertiary qualification in Quantity Surveying, or relevant industry experience. * Proven experience using Jobpac is non-negotiable. * Demonstrate strong teamwork skills with a great work ethic. * Exhibit ample initiative and innovation in the way you work. * Strong communication and negotiation skills. * Proven experience with the full MS Suite & navigating MS Project software is advantageous.
