Required Qualifications * Minimum of two years of clinical experience in radiation therapy, or graduation from a JRCERT-accredited Radiation Therapy program (or equivalent). * ARRT certification and registration in Radiation Therapy, or eligibility to sit for the ARRT examination. * Eligibility for New York State Radiologic Technologist licensure. * Strong medical knowledge and patient care skills. * Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. * Client-focused approach with a commitment to exceptional service. * Experience with or willingness to learn dosimetry, including treatment planning support, image registration, and contouring of normal structures. * Computer proficiency and willingness to learn Varian Eclipse and Aria treatment planning systems. * Experience with SRS, SBRT, and IGRT technologies. * Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills. Preferred Qualifications * Two or more years of clinical radiation therapy experience. * Experience working with Varian TrueBeam technology. * Interest in veterinary medicine and specialty patient care. * Experience in advanced oncology or other specialty healthcare settings.
