We are looking for knowledgeable real estate professionals based in the EU or UK to enhance the accuracy, depth, and real-world relevance of AI-powered real estate systems. What You Will Do * Review and refine AI-generated outputs related to real estate advisory, market analysis, property management, regulations, and practical aspects of real estate work * Evaluate AI responses for technical accuracy, practicality, and compliance with real-world requirements * Draft realistic real estate scenarios based on your direct professional experience * Create scenario variations from different perspectives (e.g. real estate consultant, client, investor, property manager) * Identify gaps, oversights, or weak reasoning in AI-generated real estate content In simple terms: You will assess and improve AI-generated content, ensuring it reflects true real estate reasoning, authentic market analysis, and practical advisory procedures. Rather than conducting traditional real estate work, you’ll apply your expertise to help AI systems understand and reason about real estate processes at scale. AI Lab work is often highly confidential as this exposes information of what an AI Lab is working on, and project requests are unpredictable. When an AI Lab request comes in, we often need to respond within 24 hours with suitable talent. Matching depends on the specific needs of each AI Lab project and your niche expertise. Once your profile is reviewed and approved, you may be matched to relevant AI Lab projects when suitable opportunities arise. This can happen within hours, but it may also take months, depending on the researchers at the AI labs and their project needs.
