Role Overview: * Own inbound material flow, receiving accuracy, and warehouse intake processes. * Ensure all material is received correctly, inspected, documented, and system-accurate. * Serve as the control point for supplier delivery quality and traceability. Responsibilities: * Receiving Execution * Receive and process incoming shipments in ERP/WMS systems. * Perform 3-way match (PO, packing slip, physical receipt). * Execute receiving transactions with accuracy and timeliness. * Inspection & Traceability * Perform receiving inspection for quantity, condition, and documentation. * Ensure proper capture of: * Certifications * Packing slips * Traceability (lot/serial where required) * Identify and escalate nonconforming material. * Scanning & Documentation * Utilize barcode scanners and systems for material intake and tracking. * Maintain complete and accurate digital records of all receipts. * Warehouse Management & Visual Controls * Manage inbound staging, putaway, and warehouse organization. * Maintain visual warehouse systems (clear locations, labeling, flow paths). * Ensure efficient dock-to-stock material flow. * Metrics & Performance * Track and improve: * Receiving accuracy (%) * Dock-to-stock cycle time * Discrepancy rate * Drive continuous improvement in receiving processes. * Cross-Functional Coordination * Coordinate with procurement, quality, and production teams. * Resolve supplier and internal discrepancies quickly. Minimum Requirements: * 3+ years in receiving, warehouse, or material control. * Experience with ERP/WMS and barcode scanning systems. * Strong attention to detail and process discipline. Preferred Requirements: * Experience in regulated or traceability-driven environments. * Familiarity with ITAR/FAR/DFARS requirements. * Experience with inspection processes and quality systems.
