THE WOW You’ll be the welcoming face and organizational backbone of a fast-paced corporate office, playing a key role in how employees and visitors experience the workplace. WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING: * Serve as the primary point of contact at the reception. * Lead by example in delivering exceptional customer and visitor experiences. * Establish and maintain reception best practices, workflows, and service standards. * Coordinate the planning, organization, and execution of internal office events, meetings, and employee engagement activities. * Coordinate office supplies, inventory, and vendor relationships. * Support meeting logistics (room setup, calendars, refreshments, technology). * Assist with onboarding logistics for new employees (badges, workspace setup, welcome materials). * Assist in monitoring budgets, processing invoices, and tracking expenses related to office operations. * Assist in tracking, compiling, and reporting facility performance metrics and improvement initiatives. WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR: * Applicants must possess a high school diploma, with post-secondary education or equivalent practical experience preferred. * A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a front-of-house and administrative support role within a corporate environment is required. * Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills are essential. * Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite is required. * A proactive, service-oriented mindset and a willingness to learn are essential. * The ability to multitask and effectively prioritize in a fast-paced office environment is required. * A high degree of discretion and the ability to maintain confidentiality at all times are expected. * You are happy to be based in the office 5 days a week.
