This position is responsible for handling reception duties, managing office supplies, coordinating with vendors, and supporting general administrative tasks. By maintaining a well-organized and welcoming office environment, the Receptionist & GA Officer contributes to operational efficiency and a positive employee experience. To be successful at Alfred H Knight you will need to display the following: REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND WORK EXPERIENCE  Essential  * Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in Bahasa Indonesia and English. * Excellent interpersonal skills to manage interactions with employees, guests, and vendors. * Organizational skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently. * Problem-solving mindset with the ability to address office-related issues proactively. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite applications. Required Work Experience * Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in a receptionist, front office or general affairs role * Experience in handling administrative tasks, office supply management and vendor coordination. Required Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in any relevant studies. This requirement may be substituted for experience on a year for year basis.
