We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Entry-Level Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for our clients. This role is essential in ensuring a welcoming and efficient front desk operation. Key Responsibilities: * Greet patients, clients, and visitors in a courteous and professional manner. * Manage incoming phone calls, emails, and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate departments. * Schedule and confirm patient appointments using the laboratory’s scheduling software. * Maintain accurate records of patient information and ensure proper documentation is completed. * Handle the check-in and check-out process for patients, including collecting payments and issuing receipts. * Provide general information about laboratory services and policies. * Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and inventory management. * Maintain a clean and organized reception area. Qualifications: * High school diploma or equivalent. * Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn laboratory management software. * Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. * Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. * Friendly and professional demeanor with a customer service mindset. * Prior experience in a receptionist, administrative, or customer service role is a plus but not required.
