We’re looking for a friendly, proactive, and organized Receptionist who will be the first point of contact for our visitors, candidates, and team members in our Washington DC Headquarters. You’ll create a welcoming, efficient, and professional front-desk experience while ensuring office operations run smoothly. This is a full-time, in-person position. ---------------------------------------- What you'll do: * Deliver a white-glove front desk experience to visitors, candidates, guests, and team members * Own reception desk operations by managing calls, coordinating visitor access with building security, and optimizing meeting room logistics * Oversee mail and package distribution to ensure timely and accurate delivery * Communicate and coordinate with vendors and building management regarding office services, deliveries, and operational needs * Coordinate daily office lunch orders and support meal setup and service * Manage weekly pantry operations, including ordering, restocking, and maintaining inventory * Maintain a tidy, organized, and fully-stocked reception area at all times * Submit and track facilities requests with building management, ensuring issues are resolved in a timely manner * Coordinate and submit Certificates of Insurance (COIs) for vendors and onsite services as needed * Partner with People Operations and Facilities on office operations and ad-hoc needs * Serve as an ambassador of CLEAR’s culture to everyone who walks through our doors How you'll measure success: * Accurate, timely visitor check-ins and seamless daily front desk operations * Consistent proactive support for visitors and office operations with positive internal and external feedback on the office and visitor experience * Reliable onsite coverage and a consistently organized, stocked, and visitor-ready office * Smooth lunch and pantry operations with appropriate inventory and minimal waste * Timely communication and follow-through on deliveries, vendor needs, and building-related requests What you're great at: * Experience in a customer or consumer-facing environment * You take pride in creating a positive first impression and delivering an exceptional experience for every visitor, candidate, and team member * Highly professional, responsive with a demonstrated ability to manage high-volume, in-person interactions and priorities with professionalism * You move quickly, stay organized, and have a strong sense of urgency so nothing slips through the cracks * Detail-oriented and dependable when managing inventory, orders, deliveries, and administrative tasks * You thrive on new challenges and bring a “no job is too big or too small” mindset every day * Comfortable communicating across teams and escalating issues appropriately to ensure a seamless office experience * Able to recognize when an issue requires escalation and follow through to ensure it is resolved How You'll be Rewarded: At CLEAR, we help YOU move forward - because when you’re at your best, we’re at our best. The base salary range for this role is $50,000 - $65,000, depending on levels of skills and experience. The base salary range represents the low and high end of CLEAR’s salary range for this position. Salaries will vary depending on various factors which include, but are not limited to location, education, skills, experience and performance. The range listed is just one component of CLEAR’s total compensation package for employees and other rewards may include annual bonuses, commission, Restricted Stock Units.
