Qualifications * 3-6 years of in-house recruiting at a creative, digital, or integrated marketing agency. * Demonstrated success hiring for creative-agency roles across staff and freelance. * Proficiency with Greenhouse and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter). * Strong stakeholder management, prioritization, and closing skills; comfort working in a fast-paced, evolving environment. * Excellent communication skills; able to influence and collaborate across levels and functions. * Passion for candidate experience and for connecting the right talent to ATTN:’s mission.
