THE ROLE Are you the person your recruiting team goes to when something needs fixing, answering, or building? As a Recruiting Operations Specialist, you'll keep the day-to-day requests from the recruiting team and our hiring partners moving quickly and accurately across our recruiting systems, reporting, and AI tools. The company is growing fast, and this role helps the recruiting team keep up. Much of your time goes to intake: sorting requests, resolving what you can, routing the rest, and closing the loop.
