About the role: We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Back Office Administrator & Recruitment Support Executive to join our team in Bangalore. This hybrid role offers an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates to gain exposure to Recruitment, HR Operations, Administration, and Finance Support functions while working in a dynamic corporate environment. What you’ll do: Recruitment & HR Support * Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and internal databases. * Screen profiles against job requirements and shortlist suitable candidates. * Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers. * Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases. * Support onboarding activities, including document collection and induction coordination. * Coordinate background verification and joining formalities. * Prepare recruitment reports and hiring status updates. Administrative Support * Maintain employee records and HR documentation. * Perform data entry and ensure accurate record management. * Handle routine email correspondence and follow-up activities. * Support office administration, vendor coordination, and document management. * Assist in organizing employee engagement activities, meetings, and company events. * Prepare presentations, reports, and spreadsheets as required. Finance Support * Assist the Finance team with invoice processing and record maintenance. * Support expense tracking and reimbursement documentation. * Maintain financial records, invoices, and related documentation. * Coordinate with vendors for invoice submissions and payment-related follow-ups. * Assist in preparing reports, spreadsheets, and reconciliations. * Support audit and compliance documentation as required. * Ensure proper filing and organization of finance-related documents. What you’ll need: * Bachelor’s / Master's Degree * Freshers are encouraged to apply. * Good verbal and written communication skills. * Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. * Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism. * Willingness to learn and work across multiple functions. * Basic understanding of recruitment, administration, or finance processes is an advantage.
