We think you'll thrive if you have:  * Proven experience in painting and decorating, ideally in a customer-facing or commercial setting. * Strong knowledge of wall repairs, surface prep, and finishing across various materials. * NVQ Level 2 in Painting & Decorating (or equivalent). * Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across the region. * Self-motivated, organised, and able to work independently. * Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach. * Flexibility to prioritise tasks and work away from home when needed. * Experience working in a hotel or multi-site environment. * Exposure to broader property and maintenance operations in a corporate setting.
