As a Direct Support Professional with RBT experience, you’ll provide hands-on support to participants while helping to implement thoughtful, individualized care rooted in respect, dignity, and real-world goals. WHAT YOU'LL DO * Under the supervision of a behavior analyst and our clinical team, you will effectively implement individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) and will collect and record data to monitor progress. * You will aid clients with everyday activities that include light housekeeping, meal preparation, running errands, and helping to create or provide personal hygiene routines. * You will assist with medication administration and provide transportation to clients when needed. * You will actively seek clinical direction from your supervisor in a timely manner and collaborate with parents/caregivers, and other stakeholders to ensure consistency and continuity of care during and outside of sessions. * You will adhere to ethical guidelines regarding professional conduct and scope of practice. WHAT YOU BRING * Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification. * Experience working with adults with developmental disabilities and managing severe challenging behaviors. * A valid Driver’s License, personal vehicle, and insurance. * CPR Certification and a recent TB test (we can help you obtain both if needed). * Willingness to undergo a state and federal fingerprint background check.
