Our team is committed to helping children reach meaningful milestones while creating a workplace where employees feel supported, valued, and able to grow.   ABOUT THE ROLE As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will work one-on-one with children receiving Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services in home and clinic settings. Under the supervision of a BCBA, you will help implement individualized treatment plans designed to build communication, social, daily living, and other meaningful skills. This is a great opportunity for someone interested in autism services, behavioral health, psychology, education, or child development who wants hands-on experience making a difference for children and families. Not currently RBT certified? We can support qualified candidates through the certification process. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: * Provide one-on-one ABA services to children in home and clinic settings * Implement individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a BCBA * Collect and accurately document data during sessions * Help children practice and develop skills through engaging, consistent interactions * Build positive and professional relationships with children, families, and team members * Communicate with your clinical team regarding client progress and needs * Follow professional, ethical, and organizational standards WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR * High school diploma or equivalent * Current RBT certification or willingness to obtain certification with company support * Experience working with children or in a related field is preferred, but not required * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Dependable, organized, and detail-oriented * Comfortable working independently while collaborating with a clinical team SCHEDULE * * Part-time, approximately 7.5 to 20 hours per week * Monday through Friday * Multiple shift options available between 8:30 AM and 7:00 PM * Opportunity for additional hours as caseload grows PAY & BENEFITS Competitive hourly pay with opportunities for raises and bonuses Mileage reimbursement Cell phone stipend Ongoing training and professional development Support with RBT certification and recertification costs
