We’re currently hiring part-time RBTs to provide 1:1 Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Services are at our Pennsauken Center for ABA Services, in-home and in the community. Flexible Scheduling:  * Part-time shifts available Monday-Friday between 8a-6:30p  * Consistent 1 on 1 clients BAYADA Offers Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs): * Scholarships  * Weekly pay * In house BCBA Oversight * Professional Development * Career Advancement opportunities * Employee Appreciation * Competitive pay based of experience and education Qualifications for Registered Behavior Technician (RBT): * Valid RBT Certificate from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) * 1yr of experience working with children with developmental/ intellectual disabilities preferred * CPR/FA Certification Responsibilities for Registered Behavior Technician (RBT): * Work directly with clients and follow the established treatment plan/behavior support plan for implementing skill acquisition and behavior reduction procedures. * Establish and maintain effective, supportive, and therapeutic relationships with clients & families.
