As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a highly motivated Senior Compliance Officer to join our dynamic team in Malta.  As a Regulatory Compliance Officer at Altenar, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our operations adhere to regulatory requirements and industry standards. You will work closely with the Licensing and Regulatory Compliance team, assisting in the implementation of the Licensing and Compliance Roadmap. This role offers an excellent opportunity for professional growth and the chance to develop a strong foundation in the compliance field within the iGaming industry. Responsibilities: * Multi-jurisdictional Compliance analysis assessments based on an internal controls-based approach. * Assist in conducting compliance assessments and monitoring activities to ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks, licensing requirements, and internal policies. * Assist in conducting periodic compliance-related certification works together with independent testing laboratories * Keep up-to-date with changes in regulations and industry best practices to ensure ongoing compliance. * Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as Legal, Operations, and Product teams, to ensure compliance requirements are understood and implemented across the organization. * Assist in preparing and submitting regulatory reports, documentation, and license applications as required. * Assist in responding to regulatory inquiries and investigations, ensuring timely and accurate information is provided. * Work closely with service and change management teams to maintain compliance in each roadmap release. Qualifications and Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Law, Business, or a related field. * Previous experience in a compliance-related role within the iGaming industry, preferably in a B2B environment. * Knowledge of regulatory frameworks and requirements in the iGaming sector. * Strong attention to detail and analytical skills, with the ability to identify compliance risks and recommend appropriate actions. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. * Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks within deadlines. * Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience working with compliance management systems is beneficial. * Our offer includes the following: * Full training and growth opportunities; * Health insurance and paid mobile line * Private parking * Company and Team Events * Energetic and international working environment   What We Offer   * A stable, flexible, and collaborative working environment. * Ongoing training and professional development opportunities. * Competitive compensation and benefits package. * A multinational team of industry experts from around the world.
