As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a highly motivated Senior Compliance Officer to join our dynamic team in Malta.  As a Regulatory Compliance Officer at Altenar, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our operations adhere to regulatory requirements and industry standards. You will work closely with the Licensing and Regulatory Compliance team, assisting in the implementation of the Licensing and Compliance Roadmap. Responsibilities: * Multi-jurisdictional Compliance analysis assessments based on an internal controls-based approach. * Assist in conducting compliance assessments and monitoring activities to ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks, licensing requirements, and internal policies. * Assist in conducting periodic compliance-related certification works together with independent testing laboratories * Keep up-to-date with changes in regulations and industry best practices to ensure ongoing compliance. * Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as Legal, Operations, and Product teams, to ensure compliance requirements are understood and implemented across the organization. * Assist in preparing and submitting regulatory reports, documentation, and license applications as required. * Assist in responding to regulatory inquiries and investigations, ensuring timely and accurate information is provided. * Work closely with service and change management teams to maintain compliance in each roadmap release.
