Base's regulatory footprint has quadrupled in the past year. Each new market is a new framework, a new set of filings, and a new ongoing compliance regime. This role is the second dedicated headcount in the function, you will own real regulatory scope from day one, build the playbook for the next set of market entries, and grow with the function as the portfolio scales. You'll work closely with Policy, Legal, Launch, Deployment, and Member Experience.
