This program provides short-term relief to primary caregivers to reduce fatigue and sustain readiness. Contracted support enables the Army to deliver consistent, compliant, and high-quality respite care services to eligible Families.     Position: Respite Care Program Manager      Location: San Antonio, TX Work Schedule: 0730 to 1630 (CST) Monday through Friday   Mandatory Qualifications: Master's Degree in a healthcare-related field; OR Bachelor's Degree in a related field.   * If Master's: 5+ years of progressive management experience. * If Bachelor's: 10+ years of progressive management experience.   All candidates must have at least 5 years of experience supporting military families or similar populations and demonstrated experience with case management and special needs programs.   Responsibilities: Program Management and Oversight * Staffing & Qualifications. The contractor shall recruit, vet, and retain qualified providers and ensure all personnel meet the requirements of Section 1.9 before performing any work.
