They ensure the company goals are being met on both a day to day and long term basis. The Manager is expected to build and maintain a team that aligns with our culture and values, providing it with necessary resources, and leading it towards a common and unified vision. The Manager has an ownership mentality, the respect of their colleagues and employees, and is able to balance all responsibilities.
