RESPONSIBILITIES: * Support the daily operations of Gallery HBX and its stockroom to keep everything running smoothly. * Merchandise and display products as directed, ensuring the floor is always presentable, on-brand, and shopper-ready. * Deliver courteous, professional, and genuinely engaged service to every customer, handling enquiries with confidence. * Represent the Hypebeast & HBX image at all times through your presentation, product knowledge, and interactions on the floor. * Take on ad hoc tasks and pitch in wherever the team needs support. REQUIREMENTS: * Genuine passion for fashion; prior retail experience is a plus. * Strong alignment with the Hypebeast & HBX image - presentation, attitude, and an authentic feel for the brand and community. * Good command of spoken Cantonese, English, and Mandarin is an advantage. * Self-motivated with a positive attitude and the initiative to take ownership. * Outgoing, responsible team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills. * A real understanding of street culture and familiarity with the Hypebeast & HBX background. * Available to work at least 3 days per week (highly preferred).
