ABOUT THE ROLE G2 is seeking a detail-oriented and execution-focused Review Programs Specialist to support the delivery of review generation campaigns across both Customer Review Campaigns (CRC) and Review Managed Services (RMS). This role is responsible for executing campaigns within established playbooks to ensure consistency, accuracy, and timely delivery. The Specialist plays a critical role in achieving review volume goals and maintaining SLA adherence while building proficiency across both delivery motions. This role is foundational to scaling G2’s review generation services and supporting evolving service offerings.     IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL: * Campaign Execution: Execute review campaigns, including setup, launch, monitoring, and optimization within defined workflows. * RMS Delivery: Support execution of LinkedIn-based campaigns, including targeting, setup, and performance monitoring. * CRC Execution: Manage campaign setup, list handling, and execution while ensuring SLA adherence. * Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate campaign documentation and ensure data integrity across systems. * Performance Monitoring: Track campaign performance and escalate issues or risks as needed. * SOP Adherence: Follow established processes and workflows to ensure consistent execution quality. * Cross-Training: Develop proficiency across both CRC and RMS to support team-wide coverage needs. * Internal Communication: Provide clear and timely updates on campaign progress, blockers, and execution status.   MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: We realize applying for jobs can feel daunting at times.
