RNs & LPNs NEEDED WITH POST OPERATIVE CARE EXPERIENCE HOME CARE AGENCY IS LOOKING FOR RNs & LPNs IN CHAPEL HILL & DURHAM   Allcare Home Health Agency is a locally owned and operated agency that provides a variety of services to clients in their home and community environment.    Agency is seeking compassionate and dependable Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide high-quality in-home care services to our clients.  We are looking to hire highly qualified, dependable and experienced RNs and LPNs to provide private duty care for client in their homes.   Responsibilities: * Experience in general Post-Operative Care * Wound and Surgical dressing care * Pain Management * Medication administration and management * Provide one-on-one direct care in the home * Observe, assess, documents and reports patient response to treatment * Investigates and resolves patient/family member concerns regarding patient care * Ensures the highest quality of care is provided to patients by reviewing documentation Minimum Qualifications: * Must possess a current, unencumbered RN or LPN license * Prior home care experience preferred * Current BLS Certification (American Heart Association) * Excellent verbal and written communication skills Benefits: * Competitive Pay Based on Experience * Weekly Pay via direct deposit * Medical Benefits (discussed upon hire) * Paid training * Flexible Schedule * Referral Bonus ($$$)   Physical Demands: * Combination of sitting, standing, bending, reaching, stretching, stooping, walking, climbing stairs and moving intermittently during working hours.
