If you’re ready to apply your exceptional skills to a brighter way of manufacturing AI infrastructure, we’d love to speak with you.  ABOUT THE ROLE     As a Senior Robotics & Automation Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and optimizing advanced robotic assembly systems used in high-volume electronics manufacturing. You'll work across robotics, PLCs, machine vision, motion control, and electro-mechanical systems to maximize equipment performance, reliability, and uptime. This is a hands-on engineering role focused on diagnosing complex automation issues, supporting production, and driving continuous improvement. You'll collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to resolve technical challenges, implement system improvements, and ensure our automation platforms operate at peak performance. WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING * Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues involving robotics, PLCs, machine vision, motion control, and automated manufacturing equipment. * Support the performance, reliability, and uptime of multiple robotic assembly systems. * Perform root cause analysis using production data, system diagnostics, and engineering tools. * Partner with controls, robotics, software, and mechanical engineering teams to resolve technical issues and implement improvements. * Optimize equipment performance through continuous improvement initiatives and corrective actions. * Read and interpret electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical drawings to diagnose equipment failures. * Create and maintain technical documentation, troubleshooting guides, and engineering reports. * Train manufacturing personnel on equipment operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting best practices. * Support new equipment deployments, upgrades, and validation activities as required. * Communicate technical findings and recurring issues to engineering teams to improve future product performance. WHAT YOU WILL BRING * 5+ years of experience supporting industrial automation or robotic manufacturing systems. * Hands-on experience with industrial robotics, PLCs, machine vision, and automated production equipment. * Strong troubleshooting skills across electrical, mechanical, controls, and software systems. * Experience working in high-volume manufacturing environments such as electronics, semiconductor, automotive, or medical device manufacturing. * Ability to perform root cause analysis and drive technical problem resolution. * Comfortable working independently while collaborating with multidisciplinary engineering teams. * Strong technical communication and documentation skills. IT WOULD BE GREAT IF YOU HAD * FANUC robotics, including FANUC DCS. * Beckhoff PLC programming and troubleshooting. * Cognex and/or Matrox vision systems. * Industrial networking and command-line tools. * Experience with industrial printers such as Zebra and Hermes. * Understanding of complex machine recipes and production configurations. * Ability to interpret electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical schematics. * Basic 3D CAD experience (SolidWorks preferred). * Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation Engineering, or a related field.
