Roofing Project Coordinator   About Bothwell-Accurate Bothwell-Accurate Co. With more than 60,000 completed projects, we’re known for delivering high-quality, innovative and reliable building envelope solutions to commercial, industrial and institutional clients.   As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Project Coordinator to support the coordination and execution of multiple construction projects at various stages of completion. This position supports the project team through effective coordination and management of assigned subcomponents within the overall project.    What You’ll Do * Coordinate daily activities and communication between project managers, field teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants * Maintain and track project schedules, progress updates, and key deliverables * Assist with preparing shop drawings, RFIs, change orders, and close-out documents * Support the preparation of submittals, warranties, schedules, and safety documentation * Help develop and maintain logistical plans, workflows, and job site coordination * Attend and contribute to internal and external project meetings * Track and update coordination reports, work plans, and documentation as needed * Ensure that materials and resources are scheduled and delivered on time What You Bring to the Team * 3-4 years of experience in project coordination or similar roles in commercial construction/multifamily home construction. Roofing and Waterproofing experience is preferred. * Experience working with cladding, façade systems, architectural panels, or exterior envelope construction is an asset * Education in a diploma program such as Construction Engineering, Civil Engineering or a building science program is an asset * Experience in AutoCAD, MS office, Bluebeam or other estimating and take off programs * Experience with Jonas Software is considered an asset. * Strong organizational and communication skills * Strong problem-solving and time-management skills * Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications * Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Role Snapshot Location: Surrey Office – 3435 194 St, Surrey, BC Type: Full-Time, Onsite Hours of Work: M-F, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 Reports To: Roofing & Waterproofing Production Manager Vacancy Reason: Existing Vacancy Number of Positions: 1   Why Join Bothwell-Accurate? * Real opportunities to grow and advance * A team that supports you like family * Competitive benefits that grow with you * Bi-weekly pay you can count on * Work on high-profile, high-impact projects Where your work shapes skylines, and your growth shapes your career.
