$90,000 – $110,000 a year - Office Full-time   Flynn Group of Companies is seeking a Roofing Project Manager to join our Mississauga branch. This opportunity is ideal for a project management professional with commercial roofing experience who is looking to grow their career with Canada's leading building envelope contractor.   WHAT WE OFFER * Performance-based bonus opportunity * Vehicle allowance + gas card * Branch and team social events * Ongoing training through Flynn University and eLearning * Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits, including: * Dental and supplemental medical plans * Vision care * Life insurance * RRSP matching program * Employee & Family Assistance Program A DAY IN THE LIFE * Manage commercial roofing projects from award through completion * Develop and track project schedules, budgets, and labor targets * Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, suppliers, and internal teams * Lead project kickoff, handoff, and closeout meetings * Coordinate with Safety, Site Supervisors, and Foremen to ensure safe project execution * Identify project risks and negotiate effective solutions * Develop schedules of values and manage change orders * Utilize internal systems, including PIL and PFP * Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to quality standards  REQUIREMENTS * Minimum 5 years of project management experience in commercial construction * Commercial roofing experience and knowledge of roofing systems, manufacturers and suppliers * Strong communication and relationship-building skills * Ability to review drawings, specifications, and contracts * Experience with Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam, or similar software is considered an asset * Valid G driver's license * Ability to pass a criminal background check Flynn Group of Companies is the leading trade contractor in North America that works on virtually every aspect of a building’s outer layer, including Roofing, Glazing, Waterproofing, and Architectural Metals.
