Overview.  Bonitz of Georgia is hiring an experienced Commercial Roofing Service Foreman to lead repair crews, locate and resolve roof leaks, and deliver high-quality service on commercial projects across the Southeast. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who knows roofing systems inside and out and takes pride in doing the job right.   Bonitz of Georgia is a family-owned commercial construction company with a trusted reputation since 1956, specializing in commercial roofing installation, maintenance, and repairs throughout Georgia, Florida, and South Carolina.   What You’ll Do * Locate roof leaks and perform commercial roof repairs safely and efficiently * Conduct on-site roof inspections and surveys to assess conditions and define repair scope * Lead and train service crew members, promoting safety and quality workmanship * Use manufacturer-approved repair methods across multiple roofing systems * Maintain professional relationships with customers, vendors, and subcontractors * Operate and care for company vehicles, tools, and equipment * Complete work orders, reports, and required documentation accurately and on time * Perform preventative maintenance and other duties as needed   What We’re Looking For * 3+ years of experience in commercial roofing service and/or installation * Strong working knowledge of roofing systems including: * TPO, EPDM, PVC * Built-Up Roofing (BUR) & Modified Bitumen * Metal, coatings, tile, and shingles * Ability to lift up to 100 lbs. and climb ladders up to 25+ feet * Team-oriented mindset with leadership capability * Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and reliable transportation * Normal vision and hearing * Willingness to complete a pre-employment drug screening & physical examination * Bonitz of Georgia is a drug-free workplace   Pay & Benefits * $25–$30 per hour, based on experience * Annual production bonus (performance-based) * Per diem for overnight, out-of-town work * Medical, dental, and vision insurance after 90 days * Paid time off — starts accruing immediately * 401(k) eligibility after 6 months   Bonitz of Georgia is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
