About the Role We’re looking for a hands-on, dependable Runner to help us keep a portfolio of vacation homes in the greater Tucson area guest-ready, well-maintained, and meeting Company standards.  This role will support operations by preparing homes for guest check-in and check-out, assisting housekeeping and maintenance, and ensuring properties meet Company quality standards. Key Responsibilities * Assist the operations team in preparing homes for guest arrivals and departures, ensuring properties are clean, stocked, and guest-ready. * Travel between properties to deliver supplies, assist guests, run errands, and provide operational support as needed. * Order, maintain, and replenish maintenance and operational supplies, keeping inventory organized and available. * Complete basic maintenance tasks within homes, including appliance, cable, and Wi-Fi troubleshooting, hot tub cleaning, and light repairs such as replacing bulbs. * Support housekeeping by assisting with cleans, maintaining standard unit appearance, providing cross-coverage for team members, and foster collaborative relationships with regional teams and management. . What We’re Looking For Required Qualifications * Excellent organizational and time-management abilities; thrive in a fast-paced environment with the ability to switch tasks frequently without losing momentum. * Strong inter-personal and problem-solving skills needed to assist guests when needed. * Strong written and verbal communication skills; professional in email, phone, video, and text. * Hands-on and dependable; able to handle basic maintenance or troubleshooting tasks. * Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation for travel between properties. * Familiar with Tucson area.
