Your impact You'll be based out of the Amsterdam office, with coverage mainly across the Netherlands and Belgium. You'll be building and closing relationships with SaaS and platform companies across the Benelux. You are data-driven and can independently manage a pipeline of partnership opportunities, solving for short-term impact while executing the long-term strategy. These tech partnerships are predominantly focused on embedded financial service solutions in among others the Hotel & Booking, Ticketing and Food Order verticals. Software platforms are part of Mollie's future commercial strategy. One platform partnership can open the door to all of that platform's customers, so the work you do here has outsized impact. You'll combine outbound hunting with closing inbound opportunities, and stay close to each deal through integration and go live, until handover to the partner growth team. What you'll ship * Own the Technology Partnerships acquisition strategy across the Benelux, identifying, prioritising and engaging the software platforms that will shape Mollie's future growth. * Build and drive a high-quality pipeline of strategic partnership opportunities from initial outreach through to signed partnership and successful launch. * Take full responsibility for guiding partnership prospects from first contact through to being a live, ramped up partner, building long term relationships with C-Level. * Negotiate rates and payment method fees with each partner after signing, and support their technical integration through to go live. * Build a co-marketing plan with each partner and confirm five live customers and achievement of projected volume before handover to the partner growth team. * Represent Mollie at industry events across Europe, in order to expand Mollie's positioning as a leader in the embedded payments space. What you will bring * Experience: 5+ years of experience in a similar role, with a proven and consistent track record of exceeding sales targets and closing complex, high-value deals. * Fluency in Dutch and English. * Experience working in a fast-growing company environment. * Comfort managing complex sales cycles of 7 to 9 months, involving multiple stakeholders on the partner side. * Proven track record in selling SaaS software, with advanced skills in forecasting and reporting towards senior leadership. * Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build trust-based relationships and navigate difficult conversations to a mutually beneficial outcome.
