This role serves as the designated safety coordinator when required and partners closely with field teams to maintain a safe working environment. This position is based on site in Taylor, Texas (Austin area). Responsibilities * Serve as the designated safety coordinator for onsite teams as required * Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and customer-specific safety standards * Conduct safety audits, inspections, and daily site checks * Monitor field activities to ensure safe work practices are followed * Support incident reporting, investigation, and corrective actions * Maintain safety documentation, logs, and compliance records * Coordinate safety training and ensure certifications are up to date * Serve as liaison between site teams and customer safety representatives * Promote a culture of safety awareness and continuous improvement Minimum Qualifications * 3+ years of safety experience in industrial, construction, or semiconductor environments * OSHA 30 certification required * Ability to meet customer site requirements for designated safety coordinator * Strong verbal communication skills in English * Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 8 hours per day) * Valid driver’s license and ability to travel from home to customer site daily Preferred Qualifications * Experience supporting semiconductor fab environments * Familiarity with contractor safety management programs * Strong organizational and documentation skills * Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced onsite environment Additional Details * Location: Onsite - Austin, TX * Work Schedule: Onsite, regular business hours (may vary based on site needs) * Travel: Local daily commute to customer site * Relocation: Not provided Apply today to be part of what’s next.
