THE OPPORTUNITY * Create a comfortable, inclusive, and uplifting end-to-end experience for all Knix customers. * Actively listen to customers' unique needs and guide them to the right Knix products, ensuring they leave confident and with the perfect fit. * Comfortable working in a sales-driven environment. Adopt a 'lean in” mindset toward sales targets. You understand that every KPI (AOV, CVR, UPT) is a direct reflection of how well we are serving our community. * Stay knowledgeable on our growing product assortment and current promotions to confidently support customer decisions. * Maintain high energy and engagement on the floor, contributing to a positive in-store experience regardless of traffic levels. * Support visual standards, organization, and general operational needs to keep the store customer-ready. * Escalate any issues or opportunities as required to the Manager on Duty. QUALIFICATIONS * Previous experience in customer service or retail is considered an asset, but above all else, you’re great with people and are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. * You love being part of a team and are a great collaborator. * Ability to stay flexible, take initiative, and handle multiple customer interactions with care and attention. * Experience in a sales-driven environment, working with KPIs and sales targets is considered an asset. ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS * Must have the necessary work authorization to be legally employed in Canada and be 18 years of age or older. * Ability to lift and handle packages weighing up to 25lbs. * Ability to move efficiently through the store for long periods of time and as needed for an entire shift. * Available to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including holiday, evening, and weekend shifts.
