About Pi Commerce Pi Commerce is an AI-powered advertising platform that helps local businesses acquire new customers through Facebook and Instagram Ads. The platform automatically creates: Ad creatives Ad copy Audience targeting Campaign setup Merchants simply review and approve the campaign, making digital advertising simple and effective for SMBs. What You'll Do As a Team Lead, you will: Lead and motivate a team of Sales Executives selling Pi Commerce. Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Monitor calling productivity, demos, follow-ups, CRM hygiene, and conversions. Conduct regular call audits and provide coaching to improve team performance. Train team members on product knowledge, Meta Ads basics, objection handling, and closing techniques. Help the team resolve merchant concerns related to pricing, advertising budgets, campaign performance, and lead quality. Maintain team dashboards and performance reports. Collaborate with Product, Training, Onboarding, and Support teams to ensure a seamless merchant experience. Who Should Apply? We're looking for candidates with: 3–8 years of experience in: Inside Sales Telesales SMB Sales Digital Marketing Sales Ad Sales Sales Team Management Preferred Experience Candidates who have: Led Inside Sales or Telesales teams. Managed teams selling Meta/Facebook/Instagram Ads. Sold Digital Marketing or Lead Generation solutions to SMBs. Worked with merchants such as restaurants, salons, clinics, retailers, real estate agencies, or local businesses.
