🔍 ABOUT US CorePlan is a Perth, Western Australia based tech startup shaking up the mining industry with a modern digital SaaS drilling management platform. We replace paper and spreadsheets with a seamless solution used by customers worldwide. Our mission is to advance digital drilling operations across mining, and our momentum is strong. We are a high-performing team of self-starters building the next generation of mining software, and we are expanding internationally. We are actively looking to invest in an ambitious, high-potential individual who wants to kickstart their B2B SaaS sales career and grow in tandem with our expanding global business.   ABOUT THE ROLE Our pipeline starts with you. As a Sales Development Representative at CorePlan, you will be the first conversation our future customers have with us. You will generate and qualify leads, run smart outbound campaigns, and clearly show prospects how our product solves real problems. It is a high-energy role with a direct line to the growth of the business, where you will master the craft of modern B2B tech sales under direct mentorship from our experienced team. We believe in hiring for trajectory, drive, and raw talent over years of experience. This role is designed as a long-term investment in an eventual sales gun. For the right candidate who brings high energy, learns fast, and hits their targets, the clear destination on this pathway is progression into an Account Executive role as the company grows. You will work closely with our marketing, sales, and customer success teams, and hand over well-qualified opportunities to our Account Executives. WHAT YOU WILL DO * Run multichannel outbound campaigns across phone, email, and social to build awareness and demand across enterprise and mid-market accounts. * Leverage modern sales engagement and prospecting tools like HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator and our AI stack to build and manage a high-performing pipeline. * Get to know our product and our customers well enough to explain, in plain terms, how we meet their needs. * Qualify leads against our ideal customer profile and document each opportunity before handing it to an Account Executive. * Learn and apply modern tech sales frameworks to build a high-performing outbound pipeline. * Partner with marketing, sales, and customer success to shape and sharpen outbound strategy. * Keep our CRM clean and current, and report on your activity each week. WHAT YOU WILL BRING * Strong communication and people skills, with a knack for building rapport quickly. * High drive, resilience, and a genuine eagerness to learn and build a career in B2B tech sales. * Previous exposure to a customer-facing environment (e.g., retail, hospitality, customer service, or early commercial/sales experience). * Confidence reaching out to prospects across phone, email, and social. * A natural curiosity that helps you pick up new products, tools, and industries fast. * An organised, detail-oriented approach and genuine comfort with CRM systems and sales tools like HubSpot and LinkedIn Sales Navigator. * A proactive, goal-driven mindset and a real team-first attitude. Nice to have * A degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field. * Prior exposure to outbound sales, cold calling, appointment setting, or sales tech tools (e.g., HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator). * Knowledge of the mining, resources, or industrial tech sector. 🎁 WHY OUR TEAM LOVES WORKING HERE * High Impact & Real Autonomy: You own the top of our sales pipeline. Every conversation you start shapes our growth, and you have the backing of a dedicated marketing, sales, and customer success team to do it well. * Collaborative & Fast-Paced: Work alongside an ambitious, close-knit GTM team in Perth while staying deeply connected to our growing global team. * Grow With the Company: As CorePlan expands globally, your career opportunities expand with us - this is a chance to get in early and build a meaningful career footprint in a scaling tech startup. * Vibrant Culture: Join a supportive, outcomes-driven environment that values high drive, trust-building, and celebrating wins together.   🚀 READY FOR YOUR NEXT ADVENTURE?
