Position Overview: As the first point of contact for prospective sponsors, CROs, and clinical research organizations, the Sales Development Representative will drive Endpoint Clinical's growth engine — identifying and engaging the right accounts, qualifying opportunities, and setting up the Business Development team for success. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Prospect pharmaceutical, biotech, CRO, and ARO accounts. * Qualify inbound and outbound leads. * Conduct discovery conversations to identify study needs, business challenges, and sales opportunities. * Schedule qualified meetings for Business Development representatives. * Maintain accurate Salesforce records and pipeline data. * Collaborate with Marketing, Business Development, and Sales Operations. * Share market intelligence and customer feedback. SUCCESS MEASURES: * Sales Qualified Meetings (SQMs) booked and held. * BD acceptance rate of meetings. * Qualified opportunities created. * Pipeline value influenced. * CRM data quality and process compliance. EXPERIENCE * 2+ years in SDR, Inside Sales, Business Development, or Lead Generation. * Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM. * Strong communication, prospecting, and qualification skills. * Highly organized and self-motivated. SKILLS * Experience in life sciences, CROs, clinical research, eClinical, or IRT/RTSM. * Knowledge of clinical trial processes. * Experience with HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or ZoomInfo.
