OUR PURPOSE At SentinelOne, we are driven by a clear purpose: to give the advantage to those who secure our future. As AI reshapes how organizations build, operate, and innovate, the responsibility to protect them becomes more critical than ever. When you join SentinelOne, your work helps protect global enterprises, critical infrastructure, and the technologies shaping tomorrow. If you are motivated by meaningful challenges and want your impact to be real, measurable, and global, you will find purpose here. ABOUT US SentinelOne is a company at the intersection of AI and security, pioneering a new operating model for cybersecurity. Our AI-native platform unifies protection across endpoint, cloud, identity, data, and AI systems to deliver autonomous detection and response with clarity and speed. By combining real-time analytics, intelligent automation, and a unified data foundation, we reduce noise, simplify complexity, and empower security teams to focus on what truly matters. Our teams are builders, problem-solvers, and innovators committed to shaping the future of security. If you are excited to solve hard problems alongside talented, mission-driven people, we invite you to help us build a safer future for humanity. WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR? We’re looking for people who are relentlessly curious and committed to continuous learning. AI is reshaping every function across our business, and we enable every team member, regardless of role or level, to build fluency in AI tools and concepts. Those who thrive here actively seek out new solutions, experiment thoughtfully, and apply what they learn to drive better, faster, smarter outcomes. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be at the forefront of SentinelOne’s growth across Australia and New Zealand, hunting for high-value opportunities and opening doors that turn into some of our most important enterprise relationships. You will serve as the critical link between Marketing and Sales — sparking conversations with the right people, understanding what keeps security leaders up at night, and laying the groundwork for deals that matter. This is a role for someone who is energized by the chase, curious about technology, and ready to make their mark in one of the most exciting industries in the world. We welcome candidates who bring prior SDR experience, but we are equally excited to hear from those coming from lead generation, business development, or client-facing backgrounds — what matters most is your drive, your curiosity, and your hunger to win. WHAT WILL YOU DO? Primary responsibilities include: * Represent SentinelOne to enterprise prospects across the ANZ region, crafting compelling outreach through cold calls, emails, and marketing campaigns that open conversations and build a high-quality pipeline. * Manage inbound interest while relentlessly pursuing outbound opportunities, developing a sharp understanding of each prospect’s business model, needs, and decision-making process to qualify leads with precision and purpose. * Tailor product messaging to resonate with enterprise-level audiences, confidently articulating SentinelOne’s value and booking high-quality meetings and calls that set Account Executives up for success. * Build and nurture long-term, trust-based relationships with key stakeholders, collaborating closely with the enterprise sales team to ensure seamless handoffs and strong strategic alignment throughout the sales cycle. * Track and report on key metrics, pipeline activity, and outcomes to the Business Development Manager, while staying sharp on product features, the competitive landscape, and emerging industry trends to continuously sharpen your approach. WHAT SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE WILL YOU BRING? Ideal candidates will have: * A genuine passion for sales and cybersecurity — fresh graduates with a keen interest in technology sales are warmly welcomed, and what matters most is your ambition, curiosity, and eagerness to grow fast in a high-impact environment. * A natural confidence in conversations and a willingness to pick up the phone — whether you’ve done outbound outreach before or are excited to develop this skill, what counts is your energy, resilience, and desire to connect with people in a meaningful way. * A results-oriented mindset and a drive to hit goals — whether that comes from a previous sales role, a university project, a sport, or any environment where you have pushed yourself to perform and improve, we want to hear about it. * A proactive, team-oriented approach with strong communication and relationship-building skills, and the ability to deliver clear, persuasive messaging that resonates with a range of audiences — this is a skill we will help you develop and sharpen over time. * Familiarity with CRM tools is a bonus — Salesforce experience is a plus — and comfort working with data and performance metrics in tools like Excel will help you hit the ground running, though full training will be provided.   WHY SENTINELONE? AI is redefining how the world operates and rewriting the rules of security in real time, and SentinelOne was built for this moment.
