So what do you say, are you in? 📍Your Impact Starts Here In this role, you'll be on the front lines of growth — the first voice small business owners hear from Homebase. As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you own the top of the funnel: prospecting, qualifying, and booking high-quality meetings that set our AEs up to close. This is a high-activity, high-accountability role where your pipeline numbers tell the story every single day. We're looking for someone who has done this before and done it well — someone who knows what 100+ dials a day feels like, tracks their own metrics obsessively, and is hungry to keep leveling up.
